Return Policy for Blk.Blzr Orders

If your Blk.Blzr piece isn’t quite right for you, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, items must be received by us within this period and in the same condition as when you received them. If the items do not meet these conditions, a refund may not be issued.

Our Policy:

• Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date you received your order.
  Please note: Items received after this 14-day period may be rejected, or a credit note may be issued. We reserve the right to reject late returns.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Please ensure items are tried on carefully. Returns with makeup/tan marks, strong body odour, perfume, or signs of wear may be rejected as this affects the ability to resell the item. If the condition is unsuitable, the item may be sent back to you.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details, and someone from our team will assist you:
